Learn With Ruhin Refund Policy

We understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted for our live and pre-recorded courses.

Live Courses:

  • Full Refund: Students who request a refund before the second live class session will receive a full refund.
  • No Refund: Unfortunately, refunds will not be granted for live course enrollment cancellations after attending the second live class session or later. This is because by this point, you will have access to valuable course content and instructor interaction.

Pre-Recorded Courses:

  • No Refund: Due to the nature of pre-recorded content being immediately available upon purchase, refunds are not available for pre-recorded courses.

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@learnwithruhin.com
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
